Step-by-Step Guide

Boil the Milk

– Pour the milk into a large pot and heat it over medium heat. Stir the milk occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
– Once the milk starts to simmer, reduce the heat to low and let it continue to heat until it reaches a gentle boil. This process should take about 5-10 minutes.

– When the milk is boiling, slowly add the lemon juice or vinegar while stirring continuously. The milk will start to curdle and separate into solid curds and liquid whey.
