Our first encounter with the locals was in the charming town of Dubrovnik. As we wandered through the historic streets, we couldn’t help but notice the warm and welcoming nature of the people. We struck up a conversation while waiting for our ferry to the islands and quickly found that we had a lot in common. We spent the day exploring the islands together, sharing stories and laughter.
