Instructions

1. Rinse the poha and roasted moong dal under running water until the water runs clear. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Once they start to crackle, add the asafoetida and sauté for a few seconds.
3. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. Add the green chilies and sauté for another minute.
