Step 5: Reinstall the switches

Reinstall the switches into their respective boxes, ensuring that the wires are properly seated in the terminals. Replace the switch covers and secure them in place.

Step 6: Restore power and test

Turn the power back on at the main electrical panel and test the switches to ensure that they are functioning correctly. If the switches are working as expected, you have successfully jumped power from one switch to another.
